Big 12 Diversity Officers @ KU

The Big 12 Diversity Officers met at KU on the evening of November 12th for a welcome and reception at the Dole Institute of Politics. Several KU administrators greeted and welcomed our guests. On November 13th the group met to conduct the annual meeting at the Multicultural Resource Center. The annual meeting addressed common issues/or topics across the different campuses and looked for ways to collaborate and network; as well as move forward as a consortium of Big 12 institutions. Several initiatives were planned for this spring 2010 semester and beyond. Next year’s conference will be hosted by Texas A&M university.
